Is entering my credit card information in Steam safe? Yes, all billing information is encrypted both for transmission and storage. Your security code (CVV2) is stored only until the credit card is charged and then it is deleted.

Will I get a physical copy of a game I purchase through Steam? If you order the game through Steam you will not receive a CD or a CD key. You won't need them! Once you've purchased the game through Steam, it is permanently available through your Steam account. Steam will automatically install it and keep it updated on whatever computer you run your Steam account from. Please note that you will not be able log into your Steam account and play a game from more than computer at a time.

Can I use an American Express (or other type of credit card) to purchase the game through Steam? No, Steam only accepts Visa and MasterCard.
