I own a copy of the game, but I can't find my CD key.

The CD key is a serial number that uniquely identifies your copy of the game. It's usually printed on the CD case, or on the cover of the game manual.

If you no longer have your CD key, you won't be able to play the game under Steam unless you buy a new copy.
